Programme 2: Business Coaching and Mentorship Programmes
The Business Coaching and Mentorship Programmes also addresses the need to improve support structures in the form of coaching, mentorship, and entrepreneurial workshops. Network – related elements are also addressed by encouraging the Entrepreneurial Cohorts trained to establish Entrepreneurship Forums, and to link up with key Business Forums and Chambers of Commerce in their Region or Communities.
Approximately eight weeks to three months after the completion of the Entrepreneurship Program, the SMME’s/ Entrepreneurs will attend a One Day Business Coaching to address the impact of the program on the variables of overall -business performance, financial and their go to market strategy and implementation. The Business Coaching Services will address business improvement case studies to accelerate their businesses.
Launch of Entrepreneurship Forums per Cohort
Once training is concluded participants are encouraged to form an Entrepreneurship Forum with their respective Cohort in the area.
