The Foundation offers Career Guidance Programs for Grade 7 to Grade 12 Learners. The Structure and Impact of the Program is listed below, with a Self – Assessment instrument undertaken prior to the Program to figure out exactly where learners fit in the world of work! Before the learners can understand which environment would best work for them, learners determine exactly what type of personality they have and get access to their Career Choices/Preferences. Based on this they build their own personal brand and assess what their career preferences and choices are, and based on this they assess their subject choices.

The Entrepreneurship Programs for Grade 7 learners supports the Economic and Management Sciences Entrepreneurship Projects for Grade 7 learners as part of their Curriculum. The Structure and Impact of the Entrepreneurship Program encompasses Elements of Business Opportunity, Planning Business Idea on Lean Canvas. SWOT Analysis, Marketing Strategy & Business Plan, Support of Economic & Management Sciences Entrepreneurship Project, Teachers feedback was that Learners had confidence & were excited to do their projects, Confidence of Learners in their business idea & how to plan. Increased Communication & Teamwork.
