An Entrepreneurship Program was undertaken at Westbury from the 30th of March 2022 to the 6th of April 2022. This program was concluded with a graduation ceremony on the 18th of May 2022. Twenty (20) SMEs enrolled on the program of which 56.3% were startups, 25% established and 18.8% were in ideation stages. The sectors represented were Automotive, Construction, Jewelry, Services, Retail, Food, Manufacturing, Consulting and Beauty.

The impact of the program was that most SMEs reported an increase in customer bases/pipelines and customer conversion rates. The majority of SMEs reported an increase in average monthly revenue and increase in revenue growth. The Impact on SME’s General Business operations were an increase in financial controls, improved business efficiencies & processes.
